This is one outcome-focused role across community, creator outreach, events, retail and partnerships—not three separate management titles.

What you will do

Find and qualify creators, retailers, event organizers and distribution partners; run outreach and follow-up; coordinate useful collaborations; maintain a clear sales pipeline; and report weekly progress and next actions.

What you bring

Strong written and spoken German and English, reliable follow-through, comfort with outreach and negotiation, and existing access to at least one relevant network: Bitcoin, creators, hospitality, retail, beverages or events.

Right to work

For employment in Germany, you must already be legally entitled to work in Germany. We cannot sponsor a visa at this stage. Freelancers must be legally permitted to provide and invoice services from their country of residence.

Creator, Händler, Veranstalter und Vertriebspartner finden und qualifizieren; Outreach und Follow-ups durchführen; sinnvolle Kooperationen koordinieren; eine übersichtliche Sales-Pipeline pflegen; wöchentlich Fortschritt und nächste Schritte berichten.

Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch, verlässliche Umsetzung, Sicherheit in Ansprache und Verhandlung sowie Zugang zu mindestens einem relevanten Netzwerk: Bitcoin, Creator, Gastronomie, Handel, Getränke oder Events.
